“The environment that I was raised in gave me a unique perspective of life.  We couldn’t afford a therapist so laughter became a REAL medicine.”  Growing up in a single parent household Cletus developed a close, personal bond with his mother and other family members that can be heard as he sprinkles bits and pieces of his everyday life into his routine. 

 

Cletus’ unique and clean style has provided him the opportunity to entertain audiences throughout the country. You can catch him every Wednesday during his Nationally Syndicated radio show The Cletus Kassady Show on the Los Angeles radio station Rhythm and Praise powered by DASH and tune into his weekly This Ain't Church. podcast. on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, ListenNotes and anywhere podcasts are being streamed. 

 

He has entertained numerous churches, corporate groups and charities through both his wit as a comic and his ability as an actor.  He has graced the stage with comedians ranging from Ray Murphy, to Marcus Wiley from the Yolanda Adams Morning show and opened up for mainstream comedian/actors D.L. Hughley and Mike Epps.  In addition to his roles as an actor and comedian performing all over the country Cletus has been lighting up the radio airwaves for years on several different stations engaging audiences as only he can.  He did several episodes as as a repeat guest on TV1's News One w/Roland Martin.  Kassady has toured with the Real Comedians of Social Media throughout the country.

 

When asked what he wants to do next, he replies, "I simply wish to use my gifts and talents, wherever God wants me too. I believe there are no limits to what I can do through God.”
